Our client, Japanese company in Tokyo. We develop customer relationship management and mobile/web marketing software. Now looking for an experienced candidate to join as the Customer Success Manager.
Job Description
- Build strong relationships with your customers as a trusted adviser
- Help the customers to realize ROI from company by working with them to build and support a
comprehensive Success Plan in furtherance of their marketing and CRM strategies. - Be a dedicated point of contact for strategy, product training, and non-technical support
questions. - Be a thought leader for your customers, analyzing use-cases and recommending
market/vertical best practices to enhance client marketing programs.
Qualification
- University degree at minimum, from 3 years of relevant work experience in Digital Marketing, Customer Success and Mobile marketing.
- Thai Nationality Only
- Strong in client-facing skills
- Energetic and love to solve the problem
- Strong communication and consulting skills with ability to coordinate with the client across level
- Good command of English, both written and verbal
Location: MRT Rama 9
Working time: Monday - Friday, 9.00-18.00
