Our client, Global manufacturer of polymer products, is now looking for an experienced candidate to join as the Technical Service/Customer Specialist.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new products (PP compound materials) that meet customer’s requirements and specifications by following product development guidelines.
  • Provide technical support to both internal (plant and business) and external customers (molders and OEM’s) including technical discussion, consulting, testing, troubleshooting solutions, customer visit.
  • Work on innovative solutions developing new material concept replacing existing material solutions

Qualifications:

  • Thai nationality
  • Master or Bachelor Degree in Polymer Science, Chemistry, and related field.
  • 3 years’ experience in product development or product specialist.
  • Strong knowledge in plastic or polymer material
  • Good command in English
