Key job responsibilities:
- Manage overall in the restaurant (sales, service and staff)
- Drive sales - Marketing management to promote the restaurant
- Report to executives
Qualification and experience
- Have a good understanding of restaurant management
- Able to manage people in a variety of functions
- Have the ability to create marketing
- Having experience in the Chinese restaurant business
- Good command of English
