Job Description:
- Handle manpower planning, recruitment and evaluation
- Plan and manage training process (training road map, appraisals and KPI)
- Coordinate with headquarter related HR and Admin issues
- Facilitate administrative concern for employee
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
- At least 3 years work experience in recruitment and training field
- Good command of English
- Familiar with Japanese company
