Our client is a leading to design prototype production of all parts required for development
- Setting and implementing sales strategy of company in order to achieve sales target.
- Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicator (KPI) to ensure sales associates' success.
- Develop and implement sales’ plans to follow company’s policy and sales development planning.
- Advising and motivating sales team (15 members) to improve their sales performance achieve goals and obtain expected quotas, and establish training programs for their sales representatives and ensure high performance
- Seeking out new customers and sales opportunities, Maintaining good relationship with customers for driving revenue
- Will conduct and organize Sales Meetings with both with Key Account (QSR/CHAIN), New Business, Dealer/Distributor and Bangkok Sales Executive.
- Coached and mentored sales associates to assist them in closing and finalizing sales
- Supervised sales individuals and help them to achieve monthly, quarterly sales goals.
- At least 10 years of working in sales, business development, service solution, F&B industry is preferable
- Bachelor or Master in MBA, Marketing or in related fields.
- Male or Female, Age 35-45 years old
- Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office
- Fluent level in English
- Management skill, strategic thinking, Pro-active, multi-tasking, good interpersonal skill and negotiating skills
