Our client, Japanese Construction Company is now seeking for an experienced candidate to join as an Admin Staff

 


Qualification

  • Male or Female, Age between 22 -30 years old
  • Experience in Admin and HR function
  • Positive thinking and team player
  • Good command in speaking and writing English
  • TOEIC at least score 800 is preferable
  • Fresh graduate is welcomed

 

Job Description

  • Responsible for administration and HR function
  • Control Visa, Work permit for Japanese
  • Booking hotel, flight ticket, Pocket Wi-Fi, car, golf, restaurant etc.
  • Scan/distribute/Circulate documents.
  • Manage the fixed asset, stationary, Copy Machine etc.
  • Manage the contract related to the company.
  • Manage the recruitment and retirement procedure.
  • Prepare for probation staff’s evaluation.
  • Control leave, absent, overtime.
  • Update Staff list, Organization Chart, Seat Layout.
  • Prepare for annual medical checkup for staff.
  • Prepare for Insurance for staff.
  • Prepare documents for social security
  • Prepare & issue internal announcement
  • Arrange the employee training.
  • The other task as assigned
