- Coordinate sales and service team by manage schedule, respond to customer complaints and give after-sales support.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence
- Prepare monthly sale, sales bonus, cash journal and cash voucher.
- Providing Quotation, Purchase Order, Tax INV, and Collect money.
- Provide all documents needed to account company.
- Management of office equipment
- Bachelor degree
- Over 3 years’ experience in Admin/Sales admin
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Able to work independently or in a team as required.
