Position : Utilities Supervisor
Location : WHA, Pluak Daeng, Rayong
Working Day : Monday - Friday

Job Requirements:
- Diploma's and bachelor's degree in mechanical or related field. (focus on experience)
- 5 - 10 years of experience in related field (experience in supervisor level will be advantaged).
Able to communication in English.
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot all essential Utility Equipment.
- Manage the operation and maintenance (O&M) of key thermal and cooling systems (Cooling towers, Screw & Centrifugal chillers, and Vapor absorption chillers).
- Natural gas-fired Hot oil Boilers.
- Handle O&M for primary compressed air and air treatment equipment (Screw air compressors and Air dryers).
- Supervise O&M of water treatment facilities (Soft water and Demin (Demineralization) plants).
Manage O&M for air handling and gas supply systems (Air handling unit (AHU),
Nitrogen PSA & Catalyst plant).
- Perform O&M on all types of blowers and gear boxes.
- Demonstrate knowledge in repairing/maintenance of various pumps (centrifugal, gear, diaphragm) for cold and hot applications.
- Execute and ensure proper implementation of the Preventive Maintenance (PM) schedule.
- Troubleshoot all utility-related issues promptly.
- Maintain and follow daily O&M checklists.
- Update Condition-Based Monitoring (CBM) records (e.g., vibration, temperature).
- Manage spare parts inventory and maintain updated Maintenance history records.
- Ensure full compliance and update records for ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14000.
