Working days: Mon - Fri (Flexible hour)
Responsibilities
Act as a key liaison between external clients and the development team.
Gather and analyze business requirements, prepare system documentation, and ensure alignment with client expectations.
Collaborate with developers to guide technical implementation and maintain quality standards.
Plan and delegate tasks to the development team, functioning as an Assistant Manager / Lead Developer when needed.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of combined experience:
At least 4 years as a System Analyst and Developer,
OR
A Developer who has also handled SA responsibilities for at least 2 years.
Strong experience with MS SQL Database.
Proven ability to coordinate and communicate with external clients (External Users) in B2B or B2G environments.
Note: SA roles focused only on internal users or within affiliated companies differ significantly in terms of client interaction and documentation processes.
Nice to Have
SA candidates with a Developer background in C#.NET and Angular will be prioritized, as these technologies match the team’s current stack.
Experience at a senior level (Dev/SA) is highly desirable, as this role involves planning and task distribution for the development team.
