Business Analyst

We are seeking a capable Business Analyst to support enterprise‑level system implementation projects in the banking and financial services sector. You will play a key role in bridging communication between business users and development teams.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to gather, clarify, and document business needs and requirements.

• Translate business objectives into detailed functional specifications and user stories.

• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and developers to ensure solutions align with expected outcomes.

• Analyze current processes and recommend improvements or workflow automation.

• Support solution design, configuration activities, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related fields.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in the banking or financial services domain.

• Background in system implementation or system integration projects is highly advantageous.

• Good understanding of API concepts (REST, integration flows) and experience working with internal or external system integrations.

• Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance, including Bank of Thailand (BOT) regulations, is a strong plus.

• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.

• Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
