Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily store operations, sales performance, and team management.
Ensure excellent customer service and product feedback to Merchandising team
Communicate with Chinese and Thai stakeholders, including suppliers, mall representatives, and internal teams.
Manage stock levels, inventory accuracy, and visual merchandising.
Train, supervise, and motivate store staff to meet sales targets.
Handle POS operations, cash transactions, and reporting.
Implement promotional activities to drive sales and brand awareness.
Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with company policies.
Perform additional tasks assigned by superiors.
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of retail or supervisory experience preferred.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Thai and Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese) for effective communication.
- Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Availability: Able to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays as required.
