Position: Store Development Staff
Location: Pathumwan, Bangkok
Salary: 38,000 – 50,000 THB
Responsibilities:
Lead the entire store development and construction process, including interior design review and construction management.
Conduct property research such as market area analysis, shopping center visits, and tenant analysis.
Perform sales estimation, comparison with existing stores, and profit and loss calculations.
Negotiate with property owners regarding terms and conditions, contracts, and asset classifications.
Support new store openings through promotional activities and coordination with owners and media.
Coordinate with other departments and manage SNS promotion for existing stores.
Analyze competitors and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure organizational growth.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate development within the retail industry or at a real estate company.
Japanese language proficiency at N3 level or higher.
Intermediate level English or above (TOEIC 600+ preferred).
Valid driver's license.
Experience working at a Japanese company or studying/living in Japan is preferred.
