Job Description:
As a Service Engineer specializing in Optical Machinery, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation and optimal performance of our machinery systems. Your responsibilities will include:

• Install and set up Optical Machinery systems at client locations.
• Ensure proper calibration and alignment of equipment to meet performance standards.
• Conduct regular maintenance checks and servicing of Optical Machinery.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair any machinery issues to minimize downtime.
• Replace or repair faulty components or parts as necessary.
• Provide technical support to clients and resolve technical queries.
• Offer guidance and training to clients on equipment operation and maintenance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Service Engineer with a focus on Optical Machinery or similar equipment.
• Strong technical skills in CNC, optical system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment for testing and repairs.
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interactions.
• A customer-centric approach and a commitment to quality service.
• Willingness to travel to client locations as required.
• A valid driver's license is often necessary.
