Position: CNC Engineer
Salary: Maximum 25,000 THB/Month
Job Description:
• Develop, write, and optimize CNC programs (G-code & M-code).
• Set up and operate CNC machines for steel structural components.
• Use CAD/CAM software to create machining programs and tool paths.
• Design and develop jigs and fixtures for CNC machining processes.
• Improve machining processes to reduce cycle time and production costs.
• Conduct Kaizen activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Analyze root causes of machining defects and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure machining quality meets customer specifications.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical , Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of CNC machining experience in steel fabrication or heavy equipment parts.
• Strong knowledge of G-code and M-code programming.
• Proficient in CAD/CAM software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Mastercam or equivalent).
• Experience in jig and fixture design for CNC applications.
• Experience in cost reduction and Kaizen activities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
