Our client specializes in Manufacturing & Tooling business
Position: Service Engineer
Salary: 20,000 – 28,000 THB
Location: Bang Na and Onsite
Key Responsibilities of the position:
- Visiting client outside: At least 1-2 times / month, high season 2-3 times / week as day trip or 1 night trip. (Max 1 week) *After pass the probation
- Disassembly, inspection, assembly and preparation of reports for company products.
- Calibration and inspection at customer sites, including report preparation.
- Customer support via telephone or on-site visits.
- Manage related documents on product and service.
- Preparation of quotations related to the above service operations.
- Occasional work on weekends or during long holidays may be required (Around 1-2 times / month).
Qualifications required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or any related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in service or maintenance (Automotive part or manufacturer is a plus)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Has own car with a valid driving license
