Position: Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
Analyze and design production methods/processes.
Calculate production cycle times for each manufacturing process.
Provide guidance and solutions for turning problems to meet the designed production process.
Evaluate machine capability to assess production capacity.
Select Tools (cutting tools/jigs) for manufacturing different types of materials.
Job Requirements:
Educational background in Mechanical Engineering or other related fields.
1 – 2 years of experience (new graduates are welcome).
Understanding of Engineering Drawings.
Proficiency in G-CODE, M-CODE, and MACRO MACHINE.
Proficiency in English for work purposes.
Knowledgeable about Technology to support and respond to Industry 4.0.
Excellent problem-solving skills; able to analyze root causes and implement corrective actions.
Proficient in using Microsoft Programs (e.g., E-mail, SharePoint, OneDrive) and other computer programs for daily work.
Able to set up machine operation parameters.
Skills in presentation and generating new ideas for production.
Able to read drawings, write CAD, and understand Customer Requirements.
Good communication skills, strong interpersonal relations, and the ability to coordinate effectively with relevant personnel.
Experience in designing production processes and excellent ability to handle immediate problems/situations.
Ability to write Mastercam programs will be given special consideration.
