Position: Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze and design production methods/processes.
- Calculate production cycle times for each manufacturing process.
- Provide guidance and solutions for turning problems to meet the designed production process.
- Evaluate machine capability to assess production capacity.
- Select Tools (cutting tools/jigs) for manufacturing different types of materials.
Job Requirements:
- Educational background in Mechanical Engineering or other related fields.
- 1 – 2 years of experience (new graduates are welcome).
- Understanding of Engineering Drawings.
- Proficiency in G-CODE, M-CODE, and MACRO MACHINE.
- Proficiency in English for work purposes.
- Knowledgeable about Technology to support and respond to Industry 4.0.
- Excellent problem-solving skills; able to analyze root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Programs (e.g., E-mail, SharePoint, OneDrive) and other computer programs for daily work.
- Able to set up machine operation parameters.
- Skills in presentation and generating new ideas for production.
- Able to read drawings, write CAD, and understand Customer Requirements.
- Good communication skills, strong interpersonal relations, and the ability to coordinate effectively with relevant personnel.
- Experience in designing production processes and excellent ability to handle immediate problems/situations.
- Ability to write Mastercam programs will be given special consideration.
