Responsibilities
Designing and enforcing quality assurance frameworks and standards.
Identifying process gaps and contributing to ongoing improvements.
Defining measurable quality benchmarks and guiding development teams to meet them.
Delivering regular quality assessments and actionable feedback to stakeholders.
Keep documentation up-to-date, including test procedures and reports.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
2+ years of hands-on experience in software QA, ideally within automotive, electronics, or IT sectors.
Familiarity with software development workflows and quality control practices.
Proficiency in English both writing and speaking.
Skilled in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital communication.
Able to thrive under pressure, meet deadlines, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Skilled in creating and executing test cases.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality.
Willingness to learn new tools and testing approaches.
Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and a collaborative spirit.
