Position: QA/QC Manager
Salary: 40,000 – 50,000 THB / month
Welfares: Bonus, PVF, Housing, COLA, and others
Location: Sriracha, Chonburi
Working Day: Working days are Monday to Saturday during the probation period, and one Saturday per month after passing probation.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality control systems and procedures specific to packing processes.
Monitor and inspect raw materials, packaging lines, and finished goods.
Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.
Coordinate with production, warehouse, and procurement teams to resolve quality-related concerns.
Maintain documentation for audits, inspections, and compliance reports.
Train and supervise QC staff to ensure consistent quality practices.
Liaise with suppliers and customers regarding quality standards and feedback.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards and other relevant certifications.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in QC or QA within manufacturing, preferably packaging.
Strong knowledge of quality systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
Familiarity with statistical process control and inspection tools.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Able to work Monday to Saturday during the probation period.
