Senior Litigator
Job Responsibilities:
Manage a wide range of litigation cases, including intellectual property, labor, civil/commercial, and criminal matters.
Develop litigation strategies and compile supporting evidence.
Draft legal pleadings and other related court documents.
Prepare reports and deliver legal opinions to clients.
Assist with additional dispute-resolution tasks as required.
Qualifications:
LL.B./LL.M. with prior hands-on litigation experience.
Licensed Thai attorney with a valid lawyer license.
Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Canva, Google Slides), as well as online research tools.
Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience.
Strong English reading skills.
Creative and strategic problem‑solving abilities.
Effective communication skills.
Solid understanding of litigation processes and court procedures.
Experience in IP litigation or trademark prosecution is a plus.
