Our client is the exclusive authorized importer and dealer of luxury supercars in Thailand.

 

They are looking for a skilled and energetic Sales Manager to lead their team and grow sales in Thailand’s premium car market.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales team to meet monthly and yearly goals.

  • Create and apply strategies to grow sales and customer base.

  • Build strong relationships with VIP clients and corporate buyers.

  • Manage the full sales process—from finding leads to delivering cars.

  • Work with marketing and events teams to promote the brand.

  • Ensure excellent customer service that matches brand’s standards.

  • Keep track of market trends and competitors.

  • Report sales performance to management.

  • Coordinate car preparation and delivery with logistics teams.

  • Ensure finance and insurance are activated promptly for each sale.

  • Manage sales documentation with accuracy and compliance.

  • Oversee calculation and disbursement of allowances and commissions.

  • Work with third-party vendors for vehicle enhancements

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.

  • At least 5 years of experience in automotive sales, ideally with luxury brands.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Good knowledge of the luxury car market and customer needs.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Professional and confident appearance.

  • Passion for high-end cars and performance vehicles.

  • Willing to work flexible hours and attend events.

  • Fluent in Thai and English; other languages are a plus.
