Business Development
- Responsible for developing a pipeline of new business coming into the company, based on a thorough knowledge of the market.
- Keeps positive relationships with potential clients, business partners etc.
- Develops and executes a professional sales plan to reach the main objectives.
- Identifying new sales leads.
- Responsible for sales performance (by areas/regions) and provide excellent service and ensure customer/client satisfaction is established.
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers/clients.
- Develops and manages a well-functioning sales team, in order to reduce the risk of idle equipment, maximize sales revenues, and meet the main objectives.
- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers/clients.
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events/exhibitions.
- Assist and support to overseas markets and business expansion etc.
- Updates a weekly, monthly reports and improvement plan etc.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or a related field.
- At least 5 years experience in sales management, particularly in the Construction Machinery industry.
- Experience with other Southeast Asia countries preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of Construction Machinery products, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Results-driven with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Willingness to travel as necessary to meet clients and support sales operations.
