Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities across air and sea freight services, including domestic operations such as customs clearance and transportation.
Formulate and implement sales and marketing strategies, along with business plans, to meet targeted revenue and profitability goals.
Evaluate and enhance the company’s operational workflows to improve competitiveness, making adjustments as needed.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to recommend strategic initiatives that strengthen market position.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both prospective and existing clients, ensuring account managers are kept informed of any updates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in freight forwarding, with a solid understanding of relevant processes and documentation.
In-depth knowledge of logistics services, freight forwarding operations, and shipping lines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong command of both Chinese and English languages.
Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
