Job Description:
-Build annual business plan supporting the direction from management
-Develop sales strategy including pricing and optimize sales organization to achieve the sales plan.
-Lead business development plan and monthly/quarterly review to update the progress
-Manage sales cost budget including travel expense and related cost
-Supervise daily sales & marketing activities of sales representatives
-Develop strong customer relationship with important persons such as automotive industry, OEMs and tier1
-Weekly Report and any report as requested by Management
Qualification:
- Bachelors’ Degree in related field
- At least 5 years' experience worked in Automotive (OEM car entertainment product: such as; speaker, display, car multimedia) industry.
- Over 3 years general business experience.
- Management skill in sales.
- Presentation skill manager.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Work with tier 1 automotive company is advantage.
- experienced with Japanese culture also be advantage.
- Good command of English especially conversation skills.
- Good skill in word, excel, and power point.
