SALARY: 40,000 – 60,000 THB
Position Overview
The Senior Product Engineer provides technical expertise, product guidance, and installation support for electrical and telecom equipment in customer projects. The role acts as the key technical contact for internal teams and clients to ensure smooth implementation, system integration, and strong product performance. This position works closely with Sales, Project Delivery, Engineering, and Service teams to support project execution and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Responsibility
Provide technical consultation on product specifications and applications.
Support installation, configuration, and commissioning of telecom/electrical equipment.
Conduct product training, demonstrations, and technical presentations.
Review project requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
Coordinate with Project Managers and Engineering teams on system design and documentation.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during project implementation.
Prepare technical documents (manuals, guides, as-built reports).
Support Sales with technical input during pre‑sales activities.
Collaborate with regional/global engineering teams for advanced technical matters.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and engineering best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecom Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.
5 years of experience in product engineering, technical support, or application engineering.
Strong knowledge of telecom or electrical systems and installation processes.
Hands-on experience with onsite installation, commissioning, and testing.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams.
Customer‑oriented mindset with the ability to work cross‑functionally.
Good command of English, spoken and written.
Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
