POSITION: SALES MANAGER – Agrochemical/Plant Nutrition
BUSINESS: AGRO CHEMICAL
LOCATION: BANGKOK
SALARY: 80,000 – 120,000 THB
Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets in the agrochemical sector.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing client relationships.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the agrochemical industry.
• Analyze data to develop insights and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
• Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring team members meet or exceed expectations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the agrochemical sector.
• Address client concerns, issues, and inquiries promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on industry trends, agrochemical products, and technological advancements.
• Provide product knowledge training to the sales team and clients.
• Develop and manage the sales budget for the agrochemical business unit.
• Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics.
• Present findings to senior management and provide recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or related field. MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience in sales management within the agrochemical or agricultural industry.
• Strong understanding of agrochemical products, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel as needed.
