Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets in the agrochemical sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing client relationships.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities in the agrochemical industry.
- Analyze data to develop insights and contribute to the overall sales strategy.
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring team members meet or exceed expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the agrochemical sector.
- Address client concerns, issues, and inquiries promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, agrochemical products, and technological advancements.
- Provide product knowledge training to the sales team and clients.
- Develop and manage the sales budget for the agrochemical business unit.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics.
- Present findings to senior management and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, or related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales management within the agrochemical or agricultural industry.
- Strong understanding of agrochemical products, market dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel as needed.
