Job Description: 
1) Recruitment Role:
  • Supervising in-house recruiters to achieve recruitment targets.
  • Managing recruitment processes and selection policies.
  • Overseeing all aspects of recruitment, from screening to employment contract.
  • Conducting one-on-one and group interviews.
  • Presenting company recruitment desk during group interviews.
  • Planning and conducting new hire orientation.
  • Coordinating interview schedules for key role candidates.
  • Building a candidate pipeline for future recruitment needs.
  • Supporting recruitment events like job fairs and career expos.
  • Handling administrative tasks related to recruitment.
  • Performing other recruitment-related duties as assigned.
2) HR Manager Role:
 
  • Developing and administering programs to align the workforce with company goals.
  • Updating HR systems to comply with labor laws.
  • Communicating policies and ensuring implementation.
  • Managing recruitment and selection processes.
  • Supporting performance management and training.
  • Maintaining employee relations.
  • Handling contract renewals and negotiations.
  • Monitoring payroll and benefits.
  • Negotiating contracts with external partners.
  • Overseeing HR databases and filing systems.
  • Providing guidance on HR matters.
  • Preparing reports for management.
  • Performing other duties as needed.
 
Requirement: 
  • BA/ MA in Human Resources or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Background in mass recruitment is a must. 
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle pressure.
  • Proficient in Thai labor and employment laws.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Experience fostering synergy in a multicultural environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Thai.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including tact, diplomacy, discretion, and impartiality.
