Job Description:
1) Recruitment Role:
- Supervising in-house recruiters to achieve recruitment targets.
- Managing recruitment processes and selection policies.
- Overseeing all aspects of recruitment, from screening to employment contract.
- Conducting one-on-one and group interviews.
- Presenting company recruitment desk during group interviews.
- Planning and conducting new hire orientation.
- Coordinating interview schedules for key role candidates.
- Building a candidate pipeline for future recruitment needs.
- Supporting recruitment events like job fairs and career expos.
- Handling administrative tasks related to recruitment.
- Performing other recruitment-related duties as assigned.
2) HR Manager Role:
- Developing and administering programs to align the workforce with company goals.
- Updating HR systems to comply with labor laws.
- Communicating policies and ensuring implementation.
- Managing recruitment and selection processes.
- Supporting performance management and training.
- Maintaining employee relations.
- Handling contract renewals and negotiations.
- Monitoring payroll and benefits.
- Negotiating contracts with external partners.
- Overseeing HR databases and filing systems.
- Providing guidance on HR matters.
- Preparing reports for management.
- Performing other duties as needed.
Requirement:
- BA/ MA in Human Resources or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Background in mass recruitment is a must.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle pressure.
- Proficient in Thai labor and employment laws.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience fostering synergy in a multicultural environment.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Thai.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including tact, diplomacy, discretion, and impartiality.
