Job Summary:
The Recruitment Manager will oversee the recruitment process within the organization. This role involves developing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing the recruitment team, and ensuring that the company attracts, hires, and retains top talent. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruitment landscape, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Recruitment Strategies: Design and execute effective recruitment strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.

  • Manage the Recruitment Process: Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.

  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet hiring targets and performance goals.

  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels (online job boards, social media, networking events, etc.) to source potential candidates.

  • Employer Branding: Work closely with the marketing and HR teams to enhance the company’s employer brand and attract top talent.

  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure timely recruitment.

  • Reporting and Analytics: Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.

  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant labor laws and regulations.

  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve the recruitment process and implement best practices.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.

  • Skills:

    • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and talent acquisition strategies.

    • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

    • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.

    • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
