Job Description
Lead and manage quality assurance activities for EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) operations.
Establish, implement, and maintain quality management systems in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14000, and IATF 16949 standards.
Oversee quality audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure SMT (Surface Mount Technology) processes meet customer requirements.
Act as the key contact for customer quality issues and drive resolution.
Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards and compliance.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QMS within the automotive parts manufacturing or OEM industry.
Proven experience with quality management systems such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, or equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience in team management, internal auditing, and customer certification processes.
Strong ability to plan quality strategies and lead team operations effectively.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work efficiently across departments.
Minimum 4 years of experience in a managerial-level position.
