Job description:
• Develop and maintain quality control systems and procedures to ensure products or services meet regulatory, industry, and company quality standards.
• Control environmental issues, ensure the completeness of 5S and 3T, and enhance safety, quality control, energy saving, and environmental awareness.
• Conduct root cause analyses to determine the source of quality problems and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Evaluate the quality of materials, components, or services provided by suppliers or vendors, including control department expenses, and in-field defect warranty cost expenses.
• Approve detailed records of quality control activities, including test results, inspection reports, and corrective solutions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement risk management measures and identify potential quality risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or related
• Minimum requirement: JLPT N3 certificate
• Good conversation in English
• Must have more than 5 years of management experience with 15 years of experience in QA, QC, or a
related function.
• Having lean Six Sigma certificates is an advantage.
