Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
- Performing operation standards, work instructions and procedures for the improvement in quality.
- Quality contact for customers.
- Responsible for verifying that quality is being maintained throughout the production and manufacturing process.
- Control and co-operate about product & part quality for all process including communication and action about the quality problem with customer/supplier.
- Stop-release production line in case of quality level does not meet the quality standard.
- Support Engineering changes, Trials, New model.
- Handle customer complaint including provide effective solutions.
- Response to the quality problem and analyze the root cause and creation of corrective action plan and 8D. report.
- Perform process audit & product audit or special process audit from customer requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree of Engineering majored in Industrial Engineering only.
- At least 5 years in QA/QC with Automotive industry.
- Well-understanding of statistical analysis, process audit, product audit and IATF 16949.
- Good command in English.
- Strong analytical thinking, technical skill and leadership skill.
- Able to work under pressure.
