Job Title: Production Manager (Japanese Speaking)

Job Type: Full-Time, Monday-Saturday, 08:00-17:00 hrs. (1 time leave for Saturday/month)
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage daily production activities to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.
Develop and implement production plans, schedules, and strategies to meet customer demands and optimize resources.
Supervise and mentor production supervisors and staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Monitor KPIs and production metrics, analyze performance data, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Collaborate with Quality Control, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless operations.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Drive lean manufacturing initiatives and process improvements to reduce waste and increase productivity.
Communicate effectively with Japanese stakeholders, including clients and suppliers, both verbally and in writing.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on production performance and improvement plans.
Qualifications:
Good command of Japanese & English
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Experience in HVAC or heat exchanger manufacturing is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with ISO standards and lean manufacturing principles.
Proficient in production planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
