Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain clients using digital tools.
Analyze market trends and customer segments to tailor campaigns.
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, IT, Accounting, Technical) and external service providers.
Oversee marketing budgets, campaign performance, and digital marketing initiatives.
Support product development and service improvement through client visits and feedback.
Use digital tools for reporting, planning, and sales presentations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, Business Management or Sales.
At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiar with digital tools: Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms, Data Studio), Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
Strong communication, analytical, evaluation, and report writing skills.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Quick-thinking and adaptable in dynamic situations.
Good communication skill in English.
