MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEER (ENTRY LEVEL)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Design mechanical systems and equipment
1.1 Analyze the needs, make calculation, and define the parameters necessary to the design
1.2 Review the standards that apply to the processes and systems, including safety standards, and ensure they are respected
1.3 Develop concepts and select a solution in collaboration with the team
1.4 Model plans, drawings and specifications for systems and equipment
1.5 Search and select components and materials for the systems and equipment
1.6 Obtain and evaluate quotation from suppliers for components
1.7 Prepare the design and drawings of machine component
1.8 Solve problems met in the design of systems and equipment in collaboration with the team
1.9 Conduct tests and trials
1.10 Support the manufacturing team in the execution of the projects under way
1.11 Improve the design according to Engineering Change Request and issue/control of Engineering Change Notice document.
2. Provide technical support to sales, manufacturing and service teams
2.1 Review and approve manufacturing work
2.2 Collaborate in the preparation of technical documents
2.3 Analyze the problems encountered by customers and make recommendations
2.4 Solve technical problems at customers' site
2.5 Evaluate the costs and deadlines relative to the design of the specifications requested by customers
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Male, age 28-32 years old, Thai Nationality
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (GPA ≥ 2.5)
- 4-8 years experiences (in Machine Design)
- Able to work in Bangna-Trad Road area.
