Position: Machining Engineer Manager
Salary: 70,000 – 80,000 THB/Month
Location: Bangpa-In Industrial Estate, Ayutthaya
Responsibilities:
Read and interpret technical drawings, perform machine design and process design.
Design and select jigs, choose cutting tools, and establish tooling layouts.
Prepare cost estimates and quotations (from pre-order stage).
Carry out product machining using CNC lathes after orders are confirmed
Perform QA/QC activities.
Investigate root causes and propose corrective actions in case of defective products fix the machine if there are any problems.
Train and develop junior staff, providing leadership and guidance.
Qualifications:
Hands-on experience in CNC lathe and NC lathe machining
Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Knowledge and experience in process design
Practical experience in jig design, tool selection, and tooling layout
Experience in preparing quotations and cost estimates
Knowledge and experience in QA/QC activities
Strong problem-solving and improvement skills
Leadership qualities and ability to mentor subordinates
