- Builds business by identifying and selling prospects and maintaining relationships with clients.
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching, and analyzing sales options.
- Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; and recommending profit and service improvements.
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; and participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Collects customers’ outstanding bills and debt and closes AR within an appropriate period.
- Trains and guides new Sales Executive with all protocols, paperwork, proposal preparation, and basic but precise and correct Enoteca product knowledge.
- Conducts wine training externally to hotels, restaurants, and corporate staff upon request.
- Leads and organizes company activities, wine events, etc.
- Comes up with projects, and proposals with planning and consideration on Pros and Cons, ROI plan, P&L plan to close the deal with key prospects.
- Follow company rules, regulations, compliance, and structure made by the company governance and management.
- Submit all required documents and paperwork properly as instructed.
- Follow and operate other tasks and work requested by line manager, company management, and HQ.
Qualification:
- Attitude and personality traits – positive, energetic, flexible, team player, good communication skills, ability to multi-task, ability to plan, ability to think, strong negotiation skills.
- Vehicle – own car essential.
- At least three years of experience in sales.
- Well communication in both Thai and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in any.
- Team player.
- Eager to learn new tasks with open-mindedness and flexibility.
- Wine knowledge is an advantage.
- Understanding or ability to read French is an advantage.
- Working in the wine industry is an advantage.
- Able to start working immediately will be advantage.
