Roughly Job Description:
  • Builds business by identifying and selling prospects and maintaining relationships with clients.
  • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching, and analyzing sales options.
  • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects, recommending solutions.
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; and recommending profit and service improvements.
  • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; and participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Collects customers’ outstanding bills and debt and closes AR within an appropriate period.
  • Trains and guides new Sales Executive with all protocols, paperwork, proposal preparation, and basic but precise and correct Enoteca product knowledge.
  • Conducts wine training externally to hotels, restaurants, and corporate staff upon request.
  • Leads and organizes company activities, wine events, etc.
  • Comes up with projects, and proposals with planning and consideration on Pros and Cons, ROI plan, P&L plan to close the deal with key prospects.
  • Follow company rules, regulations, compliance, and structure made by the company governance and management.
  • Submit all required documents and paperwork properly as instructed.
  • Follow and operate other tasks and work requested by line manager, company management, and HQ.     


Qualification:
  • Attitude and personality traits – positive, energetic, flexible, team player, good communication skills, ability to multi-task, ability to plan, ability to think, strong negotiation skills.
  • Vehicle – own car essential.
  • At least three years of experience in sales.
  • Well communication in both Thai and English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any.
  • Team player.
  • Eager to learn new tasks with open-mindedness and flexibility.
  • Wine knowledge is an advantage.
  • Understanding or ability to read French is an advantage.
  • Working in the wine industry is an advantage.
  • Able to start working immediately will be advantage.
