Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between Japanese-speaking clients, partners, and internal team members, facilitating smooth communication and ensuring clarity in all interactions.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
  • Assist in drafting and translating correspondence, reports, and other documents from English/Thai to Japanese and vice versa.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring easy access to information and confidentiality.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in Japanese, directing them to the appropriate personnel and providing assistance as needed.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences, ensuring all necessary documents are translated accurately.
  • Assist in managing office supplies, inventory, and equipment, placing orders as needed and maintaining organized records.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall effectiveness of administrative operations.

 

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Japanese (written and verbal) is essential, with a strong grasp of English for translation purposes.
  • Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a multinational environment or with Japanese clients.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information and confidential matters.
  • Bachelor in business administration, languages, or a related field is preferred
  • Occasional travel may be required for meetings, conferences, or other business-related events.
