Responsibilities:
Act as a liaison between Japanese-speaking clients, partners, and internal team members, facilitating smooth communication and ensuring clarity in all interactions.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements.
Assist in drafting and translating correspondence, reports, and other documents from English/Thai to Japanese and vice versa.
Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring easy access to information and confidentiality.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in Japanese, directing them to the appropriate personnel and providing assistance as needed.
Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences, ensuring all necessary documents are translated accurately.
Assist in managing office supplies, inventory, and equipment, placing orders as needed and maintaining organized records.
Collaborate with other administrative staff to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall effectiveness of administrative operations.
Qualifications:
Fluency in Japanese (written and verbal) is essential, with a strong grasp of English for translation purposes.
Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a multinational environment or with Japanese clients.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels.
Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Discretion and integrity when handling sensitive information and confidential matters.
Bachelor in business administration, languages, or a related field is preferred
Occasional travel may be required for meetings, conferences, or other business-related events.
