Directly manage each factory site to ensure efficient, safe, and effective daily production processes.
Manage and optimize production schedules, inventory levels, and quality control to meet delivery timelines and customer standards.
Act as the central point of contact to coordinate with key departments including engineering, procurement, and logistics to ensure seamless flow of materials and project execution.
Continuously monitor and improve productivity, cost efficiency, and delivery timelines across all three sites.
Lead and supervise all production teams, including line supervisors and operators, fostering a high-performance culture.
Analyze production data and implement established continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, 5S) to enhance operational efficiency.
Guarantee strict compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and relevant industry standards.
Support employee training, development, and performance evaluations to build and maintain a skilled workforce.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations management or equivalent experience. Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience (8+ years) in a manufacturing leadership role, demonstrating a strong track record of effectively managing production operations.
In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control principles, and operational efficiency.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams to achieve objectives.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
Solid understanding of safety and environmental regulations within a manufacturing environment.
