Japanese Interpreter – Manufacturing (Factory Setting)

Location: Ayutthaya

Manufacturing factory producing electronic components and automotive parts.

Qualifications

Language Skills (Most Important Requirement)

• Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N3 or higher

• Able to understand native Japanese accents clearly

• Proficient in consecutive interpreting (speech‑to‑speech translation)

• Able to summarize key points without translating word for word too rigidly

• Able to maintain appropriate tone, politeness levels, and emotional control

Factory Work Skills

• Able to work under pressure (e.g., interpreting on a noisy production line)

• Willing to work on-site, including wearing safety helmets and safety shoes

• Punctual and reliable

• Able to maintain strict confidentiality

Additional Preferred Skills

• Able to use Excel and PowerPoint

• Able to write emails in Japanese

• Able to translate basic technical documents

• Strong coordination skills in a multicultural team environment

Salary: 30,000 THB (Negotiable)

Working Hours: Monday – Alternative Saturday 8.00 – 17.00
