Japanese Interpreter – Manufacturing (Factory Setting)
Location: Ayutthaya
Manufacturing factory producing electronic components and automotive parts.
Qualifications
Language Skills (Most Important Requirement)
Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N3 or higher
Able to understand native Japanese accents clearly
Proficient in consecutive interpreting (speech‑to‑speech translation)
Able to summarize key points without translating word for word too rigidly
Able to maintain appropriate tone, politeness levels, and emotional control
Factory Work Skills
Able to work under pressure (e.g., interpreting on a noisy production line)
Willing to work on-site, including wearing safety helmets and safety shoes
Punctual and reliable
Able to maintain strict confidentiality
Additional Preferred Skills
Able to use Excel and PowerPoint
Able to write emails in Japanese
Able to translate basic technical documents
Strong coordination skills in a multicultural team environment
Salary: 30,000 THB (Negotiable)
Working Hours: Monday – Alternative Saturday 8.00 – 17.00
