Position: HR Strategy and Policy Manager
Location: Bangkok
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in strategic or project-based roles.
Background in HR analytics, planning, or transformation initiatives.
Familiarity with Thai labor laws is an advantage.
Strong strategic thinking and business insight.
Proficient in Excel; experience with SAP or other HRIS systems is a plus.
Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.
High attention to detail and capable of handling confidential information.
Self-motivated, able to work independently and across teams to drive change.
Effective communication and coordination skills in both Thai and English.
Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to the formulation and implementation of HR strategies aligned with corporate goals.
Maintain and update company policies, work rules, procedures, and related documentation in the system.
Analyze HR data and trends to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Gather, analyze, and report HR metrics for strategic use.
Support initiatives in change management, organizational culture, and employee engagement.
Collaborate with relevant teams to prepare and monitor the HR budget and resource planning.
Conduct cost analysis and support initiatives to optimize resource utilization.
Work closely with HR Operations to ensure the execution of strategic programs (e.g., talent management, workforce planning, compensation & benefits).
Perform other related tasks as assigned.
