Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Manager in managing day-to-day HR and GA operations.
  • Assist in coordinating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee benefits administration and coordinate employee welfare programs.
  • Assist in organizing company events and activities.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR and GA departments as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with Japanese GM and MD, including providing updates and explanations in Japanese.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager to monitor progress and address any challenges or opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead and mentor subordinates, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance and professional development.
  • Ensure confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive HR and GA information.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in HR and GA functions, with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Japanese language, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with Japanese GM and MD.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role is preferred.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is advantageous.
