Key Responsibilities:
Support the Manager in managing day-to-day HR and GA operations.
Assist in coordinating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Handle employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Manage employee benefits administration and coordinate employee welfare programs.
Assist in organizing company events and activities.
Provide administrative support to the HR and GA departments as needed.
Communicate effectively with Japanese GM and MD, including providing updates and explanations in Japanese.
Collaborate with the Senior Manager to monitor progress and address any challenges or opportunities for improvement.
Lead and mentor subordinates, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance and professional development.
Ensure confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive HR and GA information.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR and GA functions, with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
Proficiency in Japanese language, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively with Japanese GM and MD.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role is preferred.
Knowledge of labor laws and regulations is advantageous.
