HROD Senior Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning & Execution
- Develop and implement HRD/OD strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Design and execute HR frameworks and strategic plans to support organizational growth.
- Learning & Development
- Coordinate and deliver training programs to support employee learning and career progression.
- Create and manage a comprehensive training roadmap, including culture design and change management modules.
- Facilitate leadership development, coaching, and mentoring programs.
- Talent Development
- Lead initiatives such as succession planning, high-potential employee programs, and management trainee development.
- Oversee internship programs to attract and nurture emerging talent.
- Performance & Engagement
- Support performance management processes including goal setting, evaluations, and feedback systems.
- Monitor employee engagement and develop action plans based on survey results and feedback.
- Organizational Development
- Act as a change agent to support organizational transformation and culture-building initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify development needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Project & Program Management
- Manage multiple HRD/OD projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Track and report on HRD/OD metrics to evaluate program effectiveness.
- Compliance & Governance
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and ethical standards in all HRD/OD activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HROD, HRD or related HR functions.
- Strong understanding of:

- Employee engagement strategies
- Organizational change and culture design
- Proven experience in:
- Facilitating training sessions and workshops
- Designing HR strategy and developing frameworks
- Managing trainee and internship programs
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and coaching abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and leverage HR data.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
