HR & Admin Specialist -- MRT Accessible -- 75K Max
 
Job Description:
  •  Recruitment / Onboarding / Employer Branding
    • Conduct the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and reference checks for qualified candidates.
    • Ensure new hires complete the comprehensive onboarding program and related documentation.
    • Assist in conducting induction/orientation programs for new employees.
    • Generate HR reports on manpower planning and maintain updated organizational charts.
    • Assist in employer branding activities like PR events, campus tours, and job fairs.
  • Termination / Offboarding

    • Conduct exit interviews and finalize related documentation.
    • Manage the exit process, including asset return and documentation.
    • Provide HR reports on turnover rates.
  • Learning & Development

    • Support learning initiatives based on training needs and business goals.
    • Manage online learning platforms and support related projects.
    • Advise staff on learning opportunities and coordinate training activities.
  • Employee Engagement & Activities

    • Assist in employee engagement activities and manage related projects.
    • Educate staff on engagement initiatives and activities.
  • Office Administration

    • Supervise office administration, facilities, and supplies.
    • Handle administrative tasks such as bookings, reimbursements, and maintenance.
    • Manage office equipment, insurance, and purchasing.
  • Data Protection (PDPA)Ensure compliance with PDPA regulations.

  • Other HR ProjectsSupport various HR projects at different levels.

 
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources in recruitment, onboarding, employee branding, training & development, employee engagement, employee relations or related in HR.
  • Good knowledge on HRIS (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Knowledge of and ability to a PDPA knowledge is a plus
  • Service Mind, Positive Thinking and Open Minded
  • High-level planning, time management and execution abilities
  • A strong team-focused, able to work in a team environment with collaborative mindset
  • Good communication in English skills both written and verbal with people of all levels and inter-act with a diverse group of individuals and personalities
