Employee Welfare Manager
Location: Bangkok
 
  • Collaborate with the Director of Performance & Rewards to contribute to the formulation of the health and wellbeing strategy.
  • Formulate, update, and communicate wellbeing policies and procedures to ensure a supportive and healthy work environment.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of a diverse range of wellbeing programs, initiatives, and campaigns.
  • Foster a culture of wellbeing by actively engaging with employees, conducting surveys, and gathering feedback to tailor programs to their needs.
  • Take charge of implementing health and wellbeing initiatives within the organization.
  • Monitor and track activities aimed at enhancing health and wellbeing across the company.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure the impact of wellbeing programs, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with HR, benefits, occupational health, and safety teams to integrate wellbeing initiatives seamlessly into overall employee support systems.
  • Manage the budget allocated for employee wellbeing programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and a positive return on investment.

Qualifications:
  • Fluent in Thai and English.
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Psychology, Public Health, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a wellbeing-focused role, with a track record of successfully implementing and managing employee health and wellbeing programs.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Certification in wellness, health promotion, or related fields is a plus.
  • Empathetic and approachable, with a genuine interest in supporting employee wellbeing.
  • Able to handle big company sizing (1000-5000 employees).
  • Candidate must have own car (working location cannot access by MRT or BTS).
