Job responsibilities:
- Lead Learning & Capability Development across the APAC region.
- Design and manage training programs aligned with corporate goals and global standards (ISO9000, ISO14000, ISO45001, ISO51000).
- Collaborate with U.S. and European training teams to ensure global alignment and consistency.
- Deliver in‑person and virtual training sessions to diverse audiences across APAC.
- Drive continuous improvement using performance data, feedback, and industry best practices.
- Maintain accurate training documentation, certification records, and program dashboards.
- Prepare reports and insights for senior leadership on training impact and outcomes.
