Position: Head of IT
Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead IT infrastructure and software development strategies aligned with business objectives.
Design and manage scalable, secure, and cost-effective infrastructure and application environments.
Oversee the software development, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Ensure high availability, performance, and disaster recovery readiness across systems.
Implement best practices in security, compliance, and risk management across infrastructure and applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support digital initiatives and emerging technologies.
Drive continuous improvement through automation, monitoring, and process optimization.
Manage hybrid environments, ensuring seamless integration between cloud and on-premises systems.
Lead and mentor high-performing teams across infrastructure and development functions.
Manage vendor relationships, licensing, and IT budgets effectively.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure and software development.
Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and IT operations.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience in large-scale or multinational environments is a plus.
