Global HR Strategy - MRT Accessible - 120K Max
Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee mid to long-term Global HR strategies and short-term initiatives.
- Manage HR projects, budgets, and talent development across the whole company group.
- Analyze HR data and trends to provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with Finance and Business units to define headcount, integrating this data with financial and operational metrics to analyze productivity and efficiency.
- Plan staffing strategies to support organizational growth and succession planning.
- Implement leadership and assessment tools for talent development.
- Ensure global alignment of HR frameworks and tools.
- Facilitate meetings and manage HR governance documents.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in HR strategic planning.
- Strong understanding of HR strategy, budget control, talent management, and headcount management.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English required, additional languages a plus.
